Day to day, you’ll be leading your people to deliver both individual and team objectives, including driving revenue combined with a great customer experience. You’ll also communicate with stakeholders across the business to ensure a clear strategy and support for your store. You will foster a high-performance culture focused on both financial and behavioral KPIs, whilst capitalizing on new retail opportunities.
