Responsibilities

• Manages opening/closing routines and store coverage.
• Monitors sales, profitability, turnover, and expenses to identify trends.
• Manages stock levels and replenishment plans; reviews weekly ordering and cycle counts.
• Oversees merchandising presentation, pricing and signage.
• Ensures inventory accuracy and controls shrink, damage and paperwork.
• Maintains cashier accountability and cash control procedures.
• Delivers superior customer service leadership and maintains a clean, safe store.
• Ensures store readiness with adequate tools and resources.
• Adheres to SOPs, handbook, and company communications.
