Job summary

Costa Coffee by Sim Trava is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager in Prestwich, Manchester to drive daily store operations and deliver an unbeatable coffee experience.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll lead the team, manage cash and stock, uphold Costa standards, and translate customer feedback into action. A passion for coffee, strong leadership and hospitality background are essential, with progression to Store Manager possible.

Qualifications

• Management experience and a background in hospitality or retail.
• Ability to engage and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Willingness to grow and progress to Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver an unbeatable coffee experience.
• Oversee all store operations including cash, stock and Costa standards.
• Monitor KPI reports and translate insights into daily/weekly actions.
• Support the Store Manager in decision making and change management.
• Prepare the store to trade at pace and maintain high standards.
