Job summary

The Works Stores Ltd in Buxton is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a busy store, coach a frontline team, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

You will own store performance, use data to improve outcomes, manage stock and visual merchandising, and deliver outstanding service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve store targets.
• Take full ownership of store performance, using data and insights to drive results.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, stock availability, and store presentation.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, building a high performing team.
• Manage rotas, payroll, and day-to-day operations to run the store smoothly.
