Job summary

Läderach is looking for a Store Manager to lead our premium chocolate retail presence in the UK. You will support the Store Manager, step in during their absence, and drive an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong KPI know-how, and a passion for delivering high-quality chocolate retail. You will train and mentor staff, manage orders, scheduling, and visual merchandising to uphold the brand standard.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium or luxury retail
• Strong customer interaction with hands-on leadership
• Familiar with retail KPIs (conversion rate, ATV)
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, solutions-focused mindset
• Ambitious and results-driven
• Ability to develop and grow both team and business
• Well organised, detail oriented, multi-task capable
• Fluent in English; another language a plus

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and oversee store in their absence.
• Lead by example on the shop floor to deliver outstanding in-store customer experience.
• Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations and stock management.
• Place weekly and seasonal orders; ensure stock levels.
• Schedule staff to optimise customer service and costs.
• Ensure food safety and health & safety compliance.
• Maintain visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
