• Strong leadership and communication skills on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of a department.
• Act as Duty Manager in the absence of Store Management.
• Assist Store Management in achieving company KPI's.
• Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service.
• Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control, shrinkage and administration compliance.
• Comply with Health & Safety policies and legislation.
• Use management information to make strategic business decisions.
