Job summary

Sweaty Betty UK is seeking a proactive retail team member to support store management in opening and closing, cash handling, stock control and merchandising while upholding our store standards. You will be a role model for the team, sharing product knowledge and brand enthusiasm.

Deliver authentic customer service, contribute to meeting sales targets, and support local marketing efforts. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule and a focus on health, safety and KPI

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control and merchandising.
