Job summary

Cancer Research UK is seeking a motivated store assistant to join our trading team. You will be an ambassador for Cancer Research UK and the shop will be a place where the community meets our people and learns about the great work we do.

Your role will focus on providing excellent customer service, helping to achieve sales and fundraising targets, and maintaining store standards including visual presentation, safeguarding and health and safety. Training is provided for keyholder duties.

Qualifications

• An understanding of what makes great customer service.
• Experience in working in a busy customer service environment.
• The ability to manage your own workload and work independently when required.
• The ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to meet rota-based business needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer and supporter service.

What will I be doing?
