Job summary

Cancer Research UK is recruiting a part-time Retail Store Assistant at our Bristol Queens Road shop. You will provide excellent customer service, help drive sales and fundraising targets, and support maintaining shop standards and visual presentation.

The role reports to the shop manager and offers a generous benefits package and development opportunities. We value the ability to work in a team, manage your own workload, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or fundraising setting.
• Ability to manage workload and work independently when required.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration in a shop environment.

• Interest or understanding of fashion can be beneficial for styling and customer engagement.
• Retail experience is advantageous for operating in a busy store environment.

Department: Trading

Location: Bristol, Queens Road

Contract: Fixed Term Contract to 1st February 2027

Working hours: Part time xx hours per week
