Job Description

As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you will support the store's daily operations, motivate your team, and ensure excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include managing store activities, supporting team development, handling stock and cash processes, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. You will step in for the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager when needed, fostering a positive environment for colleagues and customers alike.
