Job Description

As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you will:

• Motivate and support your team, aligning with our Leadership and Company Principles
• Resolve problems swiftly and delegate tasks effectively
• Create an environment conducive to success for colleagues
• Manage store operations and colleagues in absence of the Store Manager and Deputy
• Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management
• Ensure excellent customer experience during every visit
