Job Description

We are looking for a Store Manager to join Lidl in Coventry. This full-time position offers a salary between £46,000 and £62,000 per annum, with 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, and a pension scheme.

As a Lidl Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading your team, managing store operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be responsible for developing your team, achieving store KPIs, and creating a positive shopping environment.
