Job summary

Lidl GB in Swindon is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team and keep operations running smoothly. You'll motivate colleagues, delegate tasks and step up when Store Manager is absent to ensure the shop runs like clockwork.

The role offers a 30-hour contract with shifts including 14:00–21:30, and an hourly rate of £15.45–£15.95 plus extra for bank holidays and night shifts, plus a strong benefits package. Progression and support are key parts of the role.
