Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking an experienced Retail Shift Manager to lead a store team, ensuring high standards and efficient store operations. You’ll motivate colleagues, delegate tasks, and manage the shop floor to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly.
