Job summary

Lidl GB in Crawley is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead store operations on a fast-paced shop floor, motivate the team and uphold Lidl's standards day by day.

You’ll manage shifts, handle stock and cash processes, and ensure customers receive the best possible experience. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, bank holiday uplift, night shift premiums, and a strong benefits package.

What you’ll do

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks

• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
• Give our customers the very best experience every time they visit your store
