Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in the United Kingdom to motivate a team, delegate tasks and manage store operations during shifts. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service while maintaining stock, cash processes, and daily store performance.

• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks to ensure smooth shifts.

• Manage store operations and supervise colleagues in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to run shifts smoothly.
• Deliver the best possible customer experience every visit.
