Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Retail Shift Manager in the United Kingdom. You will lead the store team, manage day-to-day operations and ensure customer satisfaction, while supporting leadership principles.

The role offers an hourly rate of £15.45–£15.95, with shifts, holiday pro rata and enhanced benefits, including employee discounts and holiday entitlement. You’ll be responsible for motivating staff, delegating tasks, and maintaining store standards across AM and PM shifts.
