Job summary

Lidl is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to help maintain high standards daily. You’ll motivate your team, oversee shop floor operations, and take responsibility for smooth store running in a fast-paced environment. The role offers opportunities to prove leadership and grow within Lidl.

What you'll do

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles

• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager


• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
