Job summary

Lidl in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Shift Manager for a 35 hour per week night shift. The role offers £15.45 - £15.95 per hour, 30-35 days holiday pro rata, and a £10% in-store discount plus enhanced family leave. You will lead a team, drive store operations, and ensure top customer experience across shifts.

You will receive training and be supported as you grow into leadership responsibilities within Lidl's diverse and fast-growing store environment.
