• Co-ordinate a team to deliver as Shift Leader.
• Deliver on-the-job coaching and feedback to improve service.
• Understand team performance and implement practical actions for improvement.
• Maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
• Role-model great customer service and build strong relationships within the team.
• Take the lead when required and respond to change efficiently.
