Tesco is hiring a Store Shift Lead in the United Kingdom to support day-to-day store operations and lead a team in delivering a great customer experience. You will work across store areas and be the go-to person for day-to-day queries.

You will coach colleagues, respond to changing needs, and act as a manager in their absence, while helping to create an inclusive environment and ensuring excellent service for customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years old and eligible to work in the UK.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong service mindset with a passion for meeting customer needs.
