Job summary

Krispy Kreme Ireland Limited in London is seeking a Retail Shift Leader to front the store on shift, greet customers, serve doughnuts and drinks, and keep the floor looking inviting.

You''ll lead the team, handle till, stock checks, and ensure safety and cleanliness. Must be 18+, full availability including weekends, and you will receive full training and development. Responsibilities

• Run the shift front and centre with customers, serving with a smile and keeping the store safe, clean, and on point; lead the team, build them up, and keep energy high.
• Behind‑the‑scenes duties: stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, team recruitment, and covering for the manager when needed.

This role includes lone working, so you’ll need to feel confident handling the store independently. For that reason, all applicants must be 18 or over.

What you’ll be doing (besides making dreams come true):

• You’ll run the show on shift front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.You’ll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You’ll be hands‑on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
• You’ll also jump into the behind‑the‑scenes magic: stock checks, weekly wrap‑ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone’s happy to be here. When your manager’s away, you’ll hold down the fort like a boss.
