Job summary

Krispy Kreme is recruiting for a Retail Shift Leader to head the front of house, engage customers with smiles, and ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll manage till operations, serve hot and cold drinks, stock shelves, and keep the cabinet display as appealing as our doughnuts.

• Experience leading on the shop floor or readiness to take the next step into a leadership role.

• Full availability and flexibility, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Run the shift on the shop floor, serving customers, operating the till, and keeping the store tidy, safe and on-brand.
• Oversee stock, weekly wrap-ups, recruitment support, and cover for the manager when needed.
• Stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, and assisting with team recruitment.
• When manager is away, you’ll stand in and keep the store running smoothly.

As part of the team in this uniquely designed store, you’ll be the friendly face serving up fresh doughnuts and drinks, welcoming every customer with a smile, and keeping the store running smoothly throughout the day.

This role does involve lone working at times, so you’ll need to be confident working independently — and for that reason, all applicants must be 18 or over.

We’ll provide all the training you need — just bring your positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a love for making people happy day a little bit sweeter.

What you’ll be doing (besides making dreams come true):

• You’ll run the show on shift front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.You’ll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You’ll be hands‑on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
• You’ll also jump into the behind‑the‑scenes magic: stock checks, weekly wrap‑ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone’s happy to be here. When your manager’s away, you’ll hold down the fort like a boss.
