Job summary

Krispy Kreme Ireland Limited is seeking a Retail Shift Leader for a busy store in Birmingham. You will welcome guests, serve doughnuts and drinks, and ensure the store runs smoothly on shift.

You will lead the team, handle till duties, stock checks, and daily operations with a focus on great guest experiences and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience running the sales floor or willingness to step up.
• Customer‑obsessed with a heart‑led approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers on shift, operate till, prepare drinks, and keep the store tidy.
• Handle stock checks, weekly wrap‑ups, recruitment, and support the manager.

As a team member, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests, serving up fresh doughnuts and drinks, and keeping the store looking great and running smoothly.

This role includes lone working, so you’ll need to feel confident handling the store independently. For that reason, all applicants must be 18 or over.

We’ll give you full training and support — all you need is a great attitude, strong customer service skills, and the desire to grow your career one sweet moment at a time.

What you’ll be doing (besides making dreams come true):

• You’ll run the show on shift front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.You’ll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You’ll be hands‑on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
• You’ll also jump into the behind‑the‑scenes magic: stock checks, weekly wrap‑ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone’s happy to be here. When your manager’s away, you’ll hold down the fort like a boss.
