Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to help run busy in-store operations. You will lead a team, coordinate across store areas, and ensure a great customer experience with flexible scheduling and proactive problem solving.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and delivering Tesco’s standards of service and inclusivity. Successful candidates will be 18+ with retail leadership experience and strong communication skills.
