Tesco Preston is looking for a Shift Lead to guide store teams and ensure an excellent customer experience across departments.

You will manage day-to-day operations, cover leadership gaps, and coach colleagues to uphold Tesco's service standards, with a focus on inclusivity and continuous improvement. The role offers varied hours including evenings and weekends, with progression opportunities within Tesco.
