In October, the 10th year of our existence, we opened our first Retail Store — a Flagship on London's prestigious Regent St.

Now Gymshark is opening another permanent location in Westfield, Stratford, and we're hiring!

Working in our Westfield store, you'll play a key role in bringing Gymshark to life in real life. Our community and customers are our family; we treat them as such. Whether they buy, browse, or just hang out, our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space.

To thrive in this role, you must be passionate about the brand and our mission. You'll inspire, guide, and support the team to create a great experience for all visitors, supporting our Visual Merchandising/Go To Market initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Executing strategic visual merchandising for the store, thinking ahead and staying present.
• Championing all customer-facing aspects to ensure a top-notch experience.
• Leading and inspiring the visual team with innovative styling and displays.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their visual merchandising skills.
• Setting the standard for Gymshark's IRL brand and product experience, being visionary and future-focused.
• Innovating and testing visual merchandising approaches through retail, digital content, and creative displays.
• Collaborating with GSHQ to bring the Product Life Story to life in-store.
• Creating compelling visual displays and layouts for new product launches.
• Key holder responsibilities, including store access outside regular hours for visual setup.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Experience in a similar visual merchandising role.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Team management and development passion.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
• Receptive to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Availability to work weekends, bank holidays, and overnight shifts.
