A permanent, part-time Senior Retail Customer Service Assistant position with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. The role covers the day-to-day operation of busy Retail Gift Shops, including merchandising, stock replenishment, cash handling and administration.

Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of our busy Retail Gift Shops. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced
retail professional who enjoys leading by example, motivating colleagues, and creating a welcoming shopping experience for every
customer.
Working closely with the Retail Manager and supervisory team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of both the
shop floor and stock room. From merchandising and stock replenishment to cash handling, administration, and maintaining
exceptional presentation standards, you'll help ensure the shops are fully prepared for customers and operate efficiently at all
times.
You will motivate and encourage colleagues to deliver excellent customer service by ensuring the team engage with customers in a
friendly and positive manner and being a role model for the group and department.
You'll also deputise for the Manager or Supervisor during holidays and absences, taking responsibility for opening and closing
procedures, key holding duties, stock takes, and special events throughout the year.
Customer satisfaction will be at the heart of everything you do. You'll confidently resolve customer enquiries, maintain high
standards of food stock rotation and compliance, and promote a safe working environment by ensuring all health and safety
procedures are followed.
This is a permanent, part-time role working Sunday to Tuesday 9.30 to 6pm (hours may vary with needs of business at peak times).
We're seeking someone with strong retail experience and a genuine passion for customer service. You'll have excellent
communication skills, strong attention to detail, good numerical ability and the confidence to motivate and support colleagues.
You will be able to make decisions, use your initiative and remain calm under pressure. Experience supervising or leading a team
is desirable, although training will be provided for the right candidate.
