BT Group in Cheltenham is hiring a Retail Advisor to help customers in our EE store. The role is based on a 20-hour week with shifts aligned to store trading times, and offers flexibility to work across 4–5 days.

Full training is provided and you’ll be supported by a friendly team. You will be rewarded with on-target commission, access to online GP, family-friendly leave, generous discounts on BT products, travel loan, volunteering days and optional private healthcare.

Our stores operate 7 days a week, with working hours aligned to store trading times. To support our customers, we are particularly looking for candidates who can offer flexibility to work across 4–5 days per week.
