Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a security professional to protect property and people on-site, working to meet KPIs and SLAs. You will comply with UK policies and framework, renew licences on schedule, and follow Assignment Instructions to maintain high service quality.

Health, safety, and accurate incident reporting are core duties. The role requires a valid SIA licence for front-line guarding or door supervision, CCTV PSS SIA licence, and adherence to industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is required.
• SIA Licence is essential.
• Front-line licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision is required.
• CCTV PSS SIA Licence is required; additional contract courses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Delivering results that meet and/or exceed KPIs and SLAs for the client with full responsibility and accountability.
• Undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development.
• Be aware of and comply with all policies and legal/regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and UK law.
• Complete on-site tasks as defined in the published Assignment Instructions (AIs).
• Renew licences 16 weeks before expiry and maintain compliance with security regulations.
• Maintain safety and health standards on site and report hazards or incidents promptly.
• Keep accurate incident notebooks and support incident report processes.
