Job summary

Mitie is seeking a security professional to protect customers' property, people and assets on client sites in the UK. The role requires adherence to Assignment Instructions, compliance with policies and legal duties, and ongoing on-site duties to support contract retention and service standards.

You will undertake required licensing and training, remain vigilant to health and safety, and complete incident reports and check calls as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is required.
• SIA licence is required (Front-line licence for Security Guarding or Door Supervision).
• Commitment to legal and regulatory requirements on site.

Responsibilities

• Protect customers' property, people and assets on site.
• Meet or exceed KPIs/SLAs and support contract retention.
• Maintain compliant practices and safety standards on site.
• Complete required on-site tasks and follow Assignment Instructions (AI's).
