Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Security Officer to protect client properties and assets in line with Assignment Instructions and site updates. The role focuses on delivering services that meet KPIs and support contract retention, with a strong emphasis on safety and professional conduct.

You will maintain compliance with UK Law and licensing requirements, complete training, and renew licences as needed while working on-site across assigned sites.

Qualifications

• Prior security experience on client sites.
• SIA licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision is required to be worn on site.
• SC Clearance desirable for contract access.

Responsibilities

• Protect customer property, people and assets per AI's and updates.
• Meet/exceed KPI/SLA through reliable, accountable service.
• Complete required competency training and stay compliant with policies and laws.
