Argenbright Security Europe Limited (ASEL) seeks a Relief Retail Security Officer in Shirley, Southampton, offering 41 hours per week on a two-week staggered rota. The role pays £13.05 per hour and includes in-store guarding, incident response, and reporting duties.

You will hold a valid SIA licence and provide a five-year checkable history, along with right-to-work documents and proof of address for interview. Full training is provided and opportunities for progression exist within the team.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence required.
• Five-year checkable work or education history.
• Right to work documents and proof of address to interview.

Responsibilities

• Patrol shop floor and deter criminal activity.
• Provide visible deterrence and respond to incidents on site.
• Complete incident reports and liaise with local authorities.
• Identify vulnerabilities and work proactively to minimise risk.
• Liaise with management and local authorities as needed.
• Carry out searches of colleagues/contractors in line with policy.
• Digitally report incidents using tablets/phones and produce legible reports.
