Job summary

Argenbright Security Europe Limited (trading as ASEL) is seeking a Retail Security Officer in Liverpool. You will deter crime, respond to incidents, and maintain detailed incident reports while protecting people and assets in a busy retail setting.

Ideal candidates hold a valid SIA licence, are able to conduct clear verbal and written reports, and can work 48-hour shifts with 4 on/4 off pattern. Training will be provided, and there are opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• You must have a valid SIA licence to apply for this role.
• Applicants must provide a full 5-year checkable history.
• You must have current SIA Guarding or SIA Door Supervisor licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible deterrence and respond to incidents.
• Complete incident reports and liaise with local authorities.
• Carry out guarding duties in-store as required.
• Access control and reception duties; assist and direct customers.
• Deter theft and conduct searches in line with policy.
• Deter crime through site patrols and CCTV reviews.
