Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services partners with ASDA Clydebank to provide security professionals who protect customers, staff and assets while delivering excellent service. The Retail Security Officer will join a team dedicated to safety, compliance and customer care.

You will receive full training, obtain the front-line SIA licence if required, and benefit from Mitie’s flexible benefits and progression opportunities within a large UK facilities services group.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience preferred.
• SIA License required.
• Trackable 5 year work history.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Protect the ASDA Clydebank store, people and assets with a security-first approach.
• Utilise all provided technology and comply with ASCONE guidance.
• Complete tasks on-site as defined in Assignment Instructions and refreshed as needed.
• Renew the front-line licence 16 weeks before expiry and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Report incidents promptly and maintain accurate incident notebooks.
