Job summary

ASEL is recruiting a Retail Security Officer in Belfast to provide visible deterrence, respond to incidents, and complete detailed incident reports while collaborating with local authorities. The role involves guarding responsibilities in-store and ensuring customer safety.

A valid SIA licence is required, with full training provided for those new to security. The position is based in Belfast, with 40 hours per week and a shift pattern that includes 12:00–21:00 and 11:00–21:00 blocks.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid SIA licence to apply.
• Previous experience in Retail Security is an advantage but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling the shop floor and deterring criminal activity.
• Assess vulnerabilities and minimise risk.
• Liaising with management and local authorities when applicable.
• Complete incident reports and report to Client and Local Authorities.
