Job summary

Mitie, in partnership with Asda, is seeking a Retail Security Officer to protect the store, its people and assets. You will deliver security and excellent customer service using Mitie and Asda values, with full training provided and a funded SIA license renewal.

This on-site role offers 30 hours per week with comprehensive benefits and ongoing support from the National Operations Centre, body-worn cameras and incident reporting tools to maintain safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence required.
• Trackable 5 year work history.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• To be aware of and ensure compliance with all policies and relevant legal/regulatory requirements.
• Engage with National Operations Centre (NOC) and use technology to aid incident reporting.
• Complete tasks on site as defined in Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Renew licence 16 weeks before expiry.
• Commit to professional conduct with customers and maintain notebooks for Incident Reports.
