Mitie is recruiting for a Retail Security Officer to protect the Asda store, its people and assets through Mitie and Asda values. The role includes training, licence renewal, and access to technology such as body worn cameras and incident reporting devices.

Aufgaben

• Be aware of and ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements on site.
• Engage with National Operations Centre (NOC) and Mitie management using provided technology.
• Fully complete all on-site tasks as defined in Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Review published Assignment Instructions and suggest amendments to enhance service.
• Obtain and wear the front-line licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) while on duty.
• Work in a systematic, methodical way.
• Complete accurate notebook entries after incidents to support reports.
• Maintain professionalism with customers and during challenging situations.
