TSS is hiring a Retail Security Officer in Neath. The role requires an SIA license and offers a pay rate of £13.80 per hour with various shift hours. You’ll be part of a large, international security solutions provider, with induction and ongoing on-site training.

Applicants must have access to their own vehicle due to shift timings, and the position includes progression training and a workplace pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Proven communication and customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy for digital devices and systems.
• SIA licensed security officer with eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible uniformed security and deter potential threats.
• Follow loss prevention and safety procedures for staff and visitors.
• Observe, report incidents using proper reporting systems.
• Complete duties assigned by client or site manager.
• Keep site knowledge up to date and follow fire evacuation procedures.
