Staffline in partnership with TSS is seeking a Retail Security Officer in Merthyr Tydfil. The role requires an SIA licence and offers a pay rate of £14.70 per hour, with 8-hour shifts. You will monitor the client’s premises, deter disruptions, and report incidents using the company reporting systems.

• Ability to use digital devices and software for reporting.
• SIA licence is required to work as Retail Security Officer.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible uniformed deterrent and ensure safety of premises and staff.
• Deter potential troublemakers and observe/report incidents using approved systems.
• Ensure site is secure and compliant with fire/safety procedures.
• Assist with searches for staff/contractors when required by the client.
