Qualifications

• Previous security experience is preferred (retail setting).
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, though not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence and support store operations.
• Prevent loss, respond to incidents, identify risks and promote safe working practices.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and colleagues.
