Job summary

B&M Retail in Clevedon is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to safeguard people, products and store environments while delivering a welcoming customer experience. This full-time, permanent role offers daytime, evening and weekend shifts, and the chance to be an integral part of the store team.

You’ll monitor the store, operate CCTV systems, support Health & Safety procedures, conduct investigations into loss, theft and fraud, and engage with customers and colleagues to resolve

• Engaging with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly and effectively.
