B&M Retail in Parsonage invites a confident and professional Retail Security Officer to safeguard people, products and store environments while delivering a welcoming customer experience. This full-time, permanent role offers daytime, evening and weekend shifts as part of the store team.

You’ll monitor store activity, operate CCTV, support Health & Safety procedures, investigate stock loss and engage with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor the store to identify, prevent and report incidents
• Operate and review CCTV systems in line with company policies
• Supporting the enforcement of Health & Safety procedures
• Conducting investigations into stock loss, theft and fraud
• Engaging with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly and effectively
