Mitie Group is hiring a Retail Security Officer to provide a visible, professional presence on the shop floor, deter theft and ensure a safe shopping environment. You will handle patrols, CCTV operations and collaborate with store teams and local police. A valid SIA licence or willingness to train is required, along with a 5-year checkable history.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
• Deterrence of theft, anti-social behaviour and disorder
• Carry out regular store patrols
• Operate CCTV to reduce crime and losses
• Work closely with store management teams
• Support partnerships with Police and local crime networks
• Use Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety on site

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
• Deterring theft, anti-social behaviour and public order offences
• Carrying out regular store patrols
• Operating CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss
• Working closely with store management teams
• Supporting partnerships with Police and local crime networks
• Using Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety for everyone onsite
