Mitie is seeking a confident, customer-focused Retail Security Officer to protect customers and staff on the shop floor. You’ll deter theft, perform store patrols and operate CCTV, contributing to a safe, positive shopping experience with flexible shifts discussed at interview.

This role offers paid lunch breaks, guaranteed contracted hours and opportunities for progression within Mitie’s security team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor

• Supporting partnerships with Police and local crime networks

• A valid SIA licence (or willingness to complete the training – we may be able to support you with this)
• A full 5-year checkable employment or education history (this is essential for vetting)
