Job summary

You will monitor, report and escalate incidents, comply with UK law and regulatory requirements, and renew licences before expiry. A strong commitment to safety and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA license held and valid.
• Front-line licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision required.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets per AI's and changes.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs for client retention.
• Complete mandatory competency training and maintain up-to-date licences.
