Responsibilities

• Provide a highly visible security presence on the shop floor as a deterrent to theft.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers and guiding them in-store.
• Support store operations and respond to incidents in partnership with management.
• Monitor activity to prevent stock loss and identify suspicious behaviour.
• Carry out regular patrols of sales areas, stockrooms, and external areas.
