NEXT is hiring a Sales Manager in the United Kingdom. You will lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive performance targets and manage stock processes across the store. Flexible working options are available, with a focus on developing people from day one.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, coaching colleagues to achieve results while maintaining superb customer experiences and team engagement.

• Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed.
• Lead a team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operational environment.
• Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring the team is core to success.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities with the team.
• Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs.
