NEXT in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and inspire a store team, prioritise outstanding customer service, and hit performance targets. Shifts total 38.75 hours per week with a flexible working pattern and shift coverage including Sundays.

You will support management, drive service and stock processes, mentor staff, and work hands-on alongside the team to deliver a first-class shopping experience while adapting to a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• Experience leading, coaching and motivating a retail team.
• Strong customer service focus with a passion for delivering a great shopping experience.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support store management across product areas and back-of-house.

Mansioni

• Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed
• Manage a team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in an environment which is commercial, operationally efficient, safe and where targets are met
• Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do
• Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team
• Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times in order to meet business needs
