• Support the Store management team across all product areas and back of house.
• Lead a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain accurate stock processes.
• Create an atmosphere of motivation and high performance within the team.
• Hands-on involvement in all commercial and operational activities with the team.
• Ensure up-to-date communication to meet business needs.
